All authors willing to participate in the conference are requested to carefully review and understand the FAQ in detail.
1. What is the mode of the conference?
The conference is fully online, allowing authors to present from anywhere in the world.
2. What are the presentation options?
Authors can present their research in one of the following ways:
- Live Online Presentation – Present using PowerPoint slides in a scheduled online session.
- Recorded Virtual Presentation – Submit a pre-recorded presentation video, which will be played during the conference.
- Poster Presentation – Submit a digital poster in PDF format, which will be displayed in the virtual gallery.
3. How do the flexible presentation slots work?
The conference offers five flexible presentation dates. Authors can select their preferred day while registering.
4. When will I receive my conference certificate?
Certificates will be issued within 48 working hours after your presentation.
5. Will all authors receive certificates?
Yes, the certificate will include all authors' names. However, if an author requires a separate certificate, an additional fee of ₹350 / $10 per certificate will be applicable.
6. Can I pay the registration fee before abstract acceptance?
No, authors must wait for abstract acceptance before making the payment. Fees once paid are non-refundable.
7. What is the similarity limit for full paper submissions?
Submitted full papers must have a similarity index below 20%, as checked using Turnitin or similar plagiarism detection software. Papers exceeding this limit will be rejected.
8. Will AI-generated papers be considered for publication?
No, AI-generated papers will not be considered for publication. The submitted work must be original and follow ethical research standards.
9. Where will the papers be published?
Accepted and peer-reviewed papers will be published in Conference Proceedings with ISBN, International Journals with ISSN, or Edited Books with ISBN and DOI, depending on the author's choice.
10. How can I submit my full paper?
After presenting your work, you can submit the full paper following the provided template and formatting guidelines. The peer-review process will determine acceptance for publication.
