It is mandatory to pay the conference fee after abstract acceptance and to present it in the ICMESR 2025 oral/poster session to publish in the conference proceedings or journal. Conference registration fee includes 1) Paper/poster presentation through virtual/online mode, 2) Online entry to sessions of the selected day, 3) Conference presentation certificate, 4) Publication in conference proceedings, 5) Journal publication for selected papers Certificates will be issued only for registered papers. Certificates will include all authors' names. If a separate certificate is required for an individual author, an extra fee of ₹350 / $10 per certificate will be applicable. For Undergraduate and Graduate Scholars, the Early Bird Fee starts at ₹ 190 / $ 3, considering up to 5 authors per paper.
