Conference Procedure

All authors willing to participate in the conference are requested to carefully review and understand the conference procedures in detail.
It is assumed that all authors are aware about the necessary information avilable on website about the author's ethics, plagiarism, registration, presentation and publication before the submission of the abstract.

Step Description
Submit Abstract
  • Prepare the abstract as per the provided template adhering to formatting guidelines. And submit abstract through conference website.
  • Please do not submit your full paper at this stage, as we are only evaluating abstracts at this time. Full paper submission will be requested later for accepted abstracts.
Abstract Acceptance & Fee Payment
  • We will send notifications for accepted abstracts within 48 to 72 working hours.
  • The list of accepted abstracts will also be available on the conference website.
  • After abstract acceptance, pay the conference registration fee within the specified deadline in acceptance email.
  • Fees once paid are non-refundable. Please do not pay the fee without acceptance.
Submit Registration Form
  • Complete the registration form within 24 hours after making the payment.
  • This form will include details such as presentation type (oral/poster and online/recorded), preferred presentation date from the five available slots, payment receipt, and other necessary information.
  • Please submit all details carefully, as this information will be used for Conference Certificates. Any corrections requested after submission will be subject to an additional charge.
  • Abstracts that are not registered within the given timeframe will not be considered for further processing, even if the fee has been paid.
Presentation Options
  • Live PowerPoint Presentation (Online Mode): Present in real-time via an online platform.
  • Recorded Video Presentation (Virtual Mode): Submit a pre-recorded video of the presentation.
  • Poster Presentation (Virtual Mode): Submit a well-designed poster, which will be displayed during the session.
Receive Conference Certificate
  • The conference certificate will be issued via email within 48 working hours after the presentation.
  • The certificate will include the names of all authors with one affiliation (view sample format). If a separate certificate is required for an individual author, an extra fee of ₹350 / $10 per certificate will be applicable.
  • Certificates will only be issued for registered papers.
Full Paper Submission (if applicable)
  • Authors interested for full paper publication, need to submit the full paper strictly in the required format.
  • Papers with similarity more than 20% (checked via Turnitin or similar quality software) will not be accepted.
  • AI-generated papers will not be considered for publication.
Peer Review Process
  • Submitted papers will undergo a rigorous peer review process for quality, relevance, and originality.
Publication
  • Accepted abstracts/papers will be published in ISBN conference proceedings or in journals with an ISSN.
  • There is no extra fee for subscription-based publication.
  • An additional fee will apply for Crossref DOI or Open Access publication if required by the publisher.

Group Registration Offers


10 % discount: 10 to 14 papers are from an institute or a private university.

15 % discount: 15 to 19 papers are from an institute or a private university.

20 % discount: 20 or more papers are from an institute or a private university.
